Full-service planning and development
The Calpro Group provides pre- and post- logistical planning, complete with check lists and master timetables. We conduct financial evaluation and budgeting reports to assess your return on investment to maximize the results of your event. To protect you from misunderstandings and liability, we negotiate and manage contracts for exhibitors, venues, and other participants.
Expert marketing and promotions
We develop and implement marketing and promotions strategy based on your event’s unique audience and exhibitors. We design marketing collateral such as press releases and brochures, create and publish direct mail and email campaigns, and produce on-site materials as needed. We also assist in preparing critical materials such as advanced registration forms, Conference Guides, and Exhibitors Prospectes.
Creating beautiful exhibits
We make sure your exhibits look great and serve your exhibitors and attendees well. We prepare the floorpan with input from the venue, fire marshals and other interested parties. Using our remarkable attention to detail, we arrange for decoration of the exhibit space, and set-up and tear-down exhibits. We work closely with exhibitors, serving as their single point of contract from the planning stage, to set up, to the end of the show. We also coordinate with Show Managers and official service contractors to assure schedules are maintained, to correct any deficiencies in service, or to resolve any situation arising from exhibitor concerns.
Finding the perfect venue
If you are seeking a venue for your event, the CPG can research on potential cities, resorts, hotels and venues that will uniquely suit your needs. We guarantee at least three venues to choose from, and conduct on-site inspection of each. From then, we serve as the liaison between your company and the selected venues, managing contracts negotiations and other processes.
